Last date for filing GSTR-3B for July 2017 was 25th August 2017 for those who didn't want to claim transitional ITC by filing form Tran-1. Assesses who want to claim transitional ITC by filing TRAN-1 have time till 28th August 2017. The date was extended because GST portal was not ready with forms needed for claiming transition ITC and also the portal could not handle the load and crashed for almost 2 days as the original due date approached.
