They also showed concern for your health and love for your family.Promises marriage as soon as he/she gets to state for leave that they asked you to pay for.They Requests money (wire transfers) and Amazon, iTune ,Verizon, etc gift cards, for medicine, religious practices, and leaves to come home, internet access, complete job assignments, help sick friend, get him out of trouble, or anything that sounds fishy.The military does provide all the soldier needs including food medical Care and transportation for leave. Trust me, I lived it, you are probably being scammed. I am just trying to show you examples that you are most likely being connned.Below is an email response I received after I sent an inquiry to the US government when I discovered I was scammed. Goals are intimidating.We set them all the time but have trouble following through.If you suffer from lack of focus and consistency toward your goals, you aren’t alone. I know MANY people who feel the same.While I’m normally a very disciplined person, I was recently having trouble sticking to goals.I’d set big goals and be super motivated to signNow them…at first.But after the first week, I would fall off and end up ditching the goal, feeling like a failure.The reason that I let myself fall off my goals so easily was that I had no tangible reason to keep me committed to it.I could easily give up on the goal and there would be no negative effects.However, I recently gave myself a new goal and took a very different approach to it.My goal was to write 1 Quora answer a day for 66 days and signNow 1 million views.By day 55 I already hit my goal and by day 66 I blew way past my expectations.The reason I achieved this goal was twofold.First, I gave myself a challenge.I printed out a 66-Day Challenge tracker that required me to put an ‘X’ on the tracker each day that I wrote a Quora answer.(the red box was 1 million views!)The only goal was to keep the X’s going and never have a blank day.And it worked!Something about seeing that tracker slowly fill up got me excited to keep working hard on both the good days and the bad days —and there were plenty bad days.There were many days where I just didn’t feel like writing. But when I looked up at that tracker, the last thing I wanted was a big blank spot on a day that I skipped.This motivated me to stay committed to my goal of writing daily.The other reason I accomplished my goal was accountability.When I decided to shoot for 66 days of straight writing, I made it public.I posted my goal online on social media in order to have other people keep me accountable.This also worked!Since I knew people would be asking me how it was going, I knew I had to stay committed, or else I would be very embarrassed.After accomplishing this goal, my friends started asking if they could get a tracker like mine.I knew that these friends were beginners when it came to habits and goals, so I went home and made my own 30-Day Tracker that would be less intimidating for them than starting off with 66 days.And they loved it! More and more friends continue to ask me to send them this tracker.This proved that it wasn't just something about me that made the tracker work, others liked it too!I even got my dad using the tracker to get him in the habit of doing pushups daily.He hasn’t exercised in years and it made me nervous because I want him to stay healthy. So I challenged my dad to doing 30 days of pushups straight.He was skeptical at first, but when I showed him the tracker he got very excited at the idea of being able to check off days he completes.I taped his tracker to the fridge so he would see it every time he went to get a snack.He is now on day 7 without missing any days!So, if you are looking to stay consistent on a goal, find a way to track your progress.It can be from the tracker I mentioned above, a personal calendar, a whiteboard, or even just a journal you keep.Put your tracking method somewhere you will see it daily so that you won’t forget about it.In addition, make your goal public. Tell your spouse, family, or friends and ask them to help keep you accountable.With these two methods, you’ll have everything you need to start crushing your goals!Side note: I had an interesting idea. I was selected for a summer internship 2016.I tried to be very open while filling the preference form: I choose many products as my favorite products and I said I'm open about the team I want to join.I even was very open in the  location and start date to get host matching interviews (I negotiated the start date in the interview until both me and my host were happy.) You could ask your recruiter to review your form (there are very cool and could help you a lot since they have a bigger experience).Do a search on the potential team.Before the interviews,  try to find smart question that you are going to ask for the potential host (do a search on the team  to find nice and deep questions to impress your host). Prepare well your resume.You are very likely not going to get algorithm/data structure questions like in the first round. It's going to be just some friendly chat if you are lucky. If your potential team is working on something like machine learning, expect that  they are going to ask you questions about machine learning, courses related to machine learning you have and relevant experience (projects, internship). Of course you have to study that before the interview. Take as long time as you need if you feel rusty. It takes some time to get ready for the host matching (it's less than the technical interview)  but it's worth it of course.

Don't do more than 15, just focus on doing 15 minutes a day. If you can do it successfully with no excuses for a week, try bumping it up to 20 minutes a day.
