hi welcome to field korean tv in this video i'll show you how to sign a document using our mobile phone so let's start first you need to go to the play store to download the app signed dock this will help you to do signing of documents using your mobile phone here is the sign doc app i already downloaded it and ready for use for you to sign a document you need to save it in your phone you can scan it or if you just received that document through email you must save it in your gallery or as pdf then you can do signing that document now let's start just click the app and then you can see this if you already scanned or saved your documents then you can find that here if your document is a pdf then you can click select pdf or if you save that document in your gallery click image from gallery you can also select multiple images in your phone for this tutorial i save the document in the gallery so i will go to image from gallery i'll click it and find the document in the gallery okay so i will choose sample agreement letter after you tick the document then click select and then click the check icon so that the document will be copied in our sign dock app okay here's the document now we can edit this filters rotate reduce and we can save this in the app we are using now so click save for the document to be saved in this sign doc app okay it is now already saved so let's assign the document just click the document if we need to write our name first then click add text so that we can write our name okay let's type our name here then click add type your name then click add ok drag your name to put it in the proper place you can resize it also okay the name is okay now so let's put the signature just click signature hey here's the signature pad you can choose the color and the pen size so after choosing the color and the pen size you can sign now okay so let's sign okay here's the signature and then click save okay here's the signature now so let's place it above our name just drag it and resize if necessary when it's okay just tap it to be added in the document so just tap okay your name and signature are already added in the document so click save okay this document is ready for printing or for sending so if you want to send or print this document just click the share icon above okay here you can choose whether your document will be pdf file or an image as zip or image gpg or you can print it automatically so i will click pdf file okay if you need to send this document to someone let's say you need to submit this document in the office and you cannot go there then you need to go to the gmail and then send the document so let's click gmail as you can see the document is already copied in the gmail so it is automatically attached in that gmail all you need to do is to write or type the gmail account of the receiver okay let's go back so you can also print this document if you want to print this just click the share icon and then click print so you can print it now okay that's all for this tutorial i hope you learned from this video don't forget to subscribe thank you so much for watching and god bless [Music] great
