It depends on which department/group you are employed with. Kaiser has a large workforce that is represented by various Unions, and employees who are not represented. For those that are part of a union, the union and Kaiser negotiate a fixed per year raise and possible bonus, this extends through the cycle of the agreement typically 2–4 years, then is renegotiated again. The medical providers (doctors, MDs, etc) have their own independent group (TPMG in NCAL) which is affiliated with Kaiser, and they have their own budget and raise structure.
