Les Groupes de Documents permettent à l'expéditeur de réduire le temps nécessaire pour préparer et livrer les documents en groupe.
Le dossier Groupes de Documents se trouve dans le menu de gauche de votre compte airSlate SignNow, juste en dessous des dossiers d'équipe partagés.
Dans le dossier Groupes de Documents, vous verrez la liste des groupes existants (le cas échéant). Cliquez sur Créer un groupe de documents pour en configurer un nouveau.
Pour former un nouveau Groupe de Documents, vous pouvez utiliser soit les documents/modèles que vous avez déjà dans votre compte airSlate SignNow, soit en télécharger de nouveaux depuis votre ordinateur.
Une fois les documents téléchargés, vous pouvez nommer le nouveau Groupe de Documents. Cliquez sur l'icône de coche bleue lorsque votre nom est prêt. Si vous venez de télécharger vos documents et qu'ils ne contiennent pas encore de champs remplissables, ajoutez des champs en utilisant l'éditeur airSlate SignNow avec son outil de glisser-déposer.
La gestion des Groupes de Documents dans airSlate SignNow est très flexible. Vous pouvez renommer un groupe à tout moment (cliquez sur la petite icône de crayon près du nom). Vous pouvez ajouter plus de documents provenant d'autres dossiers airSlate SignNow ou de votre appareil. Vous pouvez télécharger le Groupe de Documents — en fichiers séparés ou en un seul fichier fusionné, avec ou sans le journal d'audit. Enfin, vous pouvez envoyer le Groupe de Documents à votre(s) destinataire(s).
