The convenience and user-friendliness of the platform is what I like best. It is extremely accessible for clients who are tech savvy and those who are not. It is an intuitive program overall, and comes at a reasonably low cost for a small business like my own.

Using an iPad can be very helpful when using airSlate SignNow, as it allow for an easier process creating a digital signature that is similar to one’s actual signature.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

My business is almost completely done by email and phone, and airSlate SignNow allows me to do this. By using the platform, I have cut down on the time I spend on each file, and it has greatly reduced the time my clients spend on document signing. Prior to using airSlate SignNow, my clients would have to print-out, sign, and scan various documents — this is a very rare occasion today. Because I spend less time per file, I have more time for incoming business and family.
