All persons residing in the studio unit or other property owned or leased by the studio in which the studio is operated have in place a reasonable, prompt, and accurate means of communication with the studio with regard to studio usage, conditions, and policies. 4. All fees and charges and all matters for which a credit card would be required, and all charges associated therewith, will be subject to and subject to payment by the client. 5. No person in any capacity whatsoever may enter into any agreement with the client or any member, or other person in any capacity whatsoever, for any fee, charge or other compensation to be paid by the client to the studio. 6. Any violation of the terms and provisions of this agreement may result in the studio removing the client from the studio property with no refund. 7. It is recommended that all persons have a basic fitness level and that all equipment and programs being utilized be safe, efficient and effective for the client. The client agrees to maintain the studio facility in good condition for use, maintenance, repair or remodeling. The premises shall not be used for any other purpose unless expressly authorized. 8. The studio reserves the right to refuse service to any person for any reason at any time and without notice or justification, including any unlawful or improper use or occupancy, if such practice may constitute a financial or other threat to the studio operation. 9. Should a complaint or violation of this agreement arise into the jurisdiction of the Florida department of banking and insurance or be deemed by the principal office as having a substantial likelihood that it is a violation of law, the principal office or the studio shall be entitled without notice or recourse to commence appropriate legal proceedings and obtain appropriate injunctive relief, including in the case of the studio, the filing of a lien and recovery of damages and costs for the use and occupancy of the property by (name of client) as the result of (name of client), in violation of, or to the detriment of the studio. 10.
