What the Adleadr Limited Business Services Agreement Is

The Adleadr Limited Business Services Agreement is a written contract that defines the relationship between Adleadr Limited and a client or counterparty for recurring or project-based professional services. It typically sets out the scope of work, deliverables, fees, billing and payment terms, performance standards, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property ownership, warranties, limitations of liability, indemnities, and termination rights. The agreement serves to align expectations, allocate commercial and legal risk, and create an enforceable record of obligations for both parties during the engagement and after its conclusion.

Why a Clear Business Services Agreement Matters
