Indemnification Agreement for use of Electrical License by Employer This Indemnification Agreement executed on ________________ (date) , by _______________________________ (name of business/employer) , doing business at _______________________________ (street address, city, county, state, zip code), referred to herein as Employer , in favor of _______________________________ (name of employee), herein referred to as Employee. Whereas, Employee is employed by Employer as a ______________________ (name of position) ; and Whereas, Employer desires to use Employee’s electrical license for business permit and/or licensing purposes; Now, therefore, for and in consideration of being allowed to use Employee’s license as aforesaid, and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, Employer, for itself, successors and assigns, hereby agrees to indemnify the Employee and hold him harmless from any loss, liability, damage or cost that Employee may incur as a result of the use of said license by Employer as aforesaid. Employer expressly agrees that this Indemnification Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the State of _________________, and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance of the Agreement shall continue in full legal force and effect.
