The provisions of this agreement do not apply to any electrical repair work, and the parties accept full responsibility for any such work not performed in accordance with this agreement. B. In addition to the above warranties, the parties agree and understand that the electrical work included is designed and intended to be safe and the electrical work will not cause the loss or injury of any property. C. In no event shall the parties assume any obligation not expressly provided for in this agreement, nor shall the parties be liable for any consequential damages as a result of failure to act. D. The parties understand that any warranty of any kind is limited by the nature and conditions of the work performed. The materials used in the work shall be safe, and unless otherwise provided for in this agreement for which the parties have taken responsibility, no unsafe materials shall be used in the work. E. The parties understand that the work is provided at the sole risk of the owner. It is understood that the parties are solely responsible for any loss or harm resulting from the work performed or failure to perform the work, or from any act, failure, or omission by the owner. F. It is understood that no liability for any kind of cause, including any failure of the owner to perform or permit the work to be performed, no damage whatsoever attributable to or resulting from the work shall be assumed by any party. G. Furthermore, it is understood that, in no event may the owner (or its designees) be held liable for any loss or injury to property or the interruption of the work or the use of premises.
