pantry within the Premises in which no food shall be cooked but which pantry may

microwave oven for the warming of food and a dwyer-type unit (so long as none of
the foregoing, shall require ventilation or any alteration whatsoever to any of
the mechanical system serving the Building), (vi) as a news or cigar stand,
(vii) as an employment agency, labor union office, physician's or dentist's
office, dance or music studio, school (except for the training of employees of
Tenant), (viii) as a barber shop or beauty salon, (ix) for the direct sale, at
retail or otherwise, of any goods or products, or (x) as a "retail" stock
broker's or dealer's office catering to "off-the-street" clientele in a manner
