This is the defendant's first known instance of contempt for non-execution of his visitation schedule and the court order for visitation . The defendant was served an order not to visit. . The defendant's attorney had the court's permission to serve the order . . The contempt order which came after the defendant's attorney failed to give the court an in-person . . . . Summons. 1. There's nothing that this order of contempt would justify. It may only be a minor violation. If that, why would the court give a visitation? 2. The orders here don't give me permission to leave or be taken to court. 3. It's not even clear the custody issue. I only need to pay about 10 to stay at his house, so 10,000 a year? Does that sound reasonable to you? 4. Also, I'm very new to the courts and don't know what to do here. All i want is to stay and see my son. This is one of my "first" contempts. The problem is that I do not know if it is valid or legal. This is my first time posting anything about a contempt of court issue and the reason for doing it is to help someone avoid it in the future. However, the following seems correct: I think that the orders by the circuit court are invalid because I am not living in the house for a while. So my first and only instance of contempt was on April 18, 2014. The original order by the circuit court stated: .  1.  every other weekend and alternating major holidays; .  22 (3) days.
