ASTROLOGICAL NATAL CHART AGREEMENT

WHEREAS

WHEREAS, the Astrologer is engaged in the practice of astrological research and chart interpretation and offers natal chart reports, consultations and related services; and

WHEREAS, the Client desires to obtain an astrological natal chart and related services from the Astrologer and agrees to provide accurate birth data and to accept the terms set forth herein; and

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in this Agreement, the parties agree as follows.

CLIENT BIRTH DATA (Required for Natal Chart)

SCOPE OF WORK

The Astrologer will prepare and deliver to the Client an astrological natal chart and interpretive report as described below. Services shall include analysis of planetary positions, house placements, major aspects, and a written interpretive narrative. Any additional services will be provided only if selected and agreed in writing.

PAYMENT TERMS

The Client shall pay the Astrologer for services as set forth below. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided.

TERM AND TERMINATION

This Agreement commences on the Start Date below and continues until the End Date or until the parties have performed their obligations, unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

CONFIDENTIALITY

The Astrologer and the Client each agree to maintain as confidential all non-public information and personal data exchanged in connection with the Services, including birth data, recorded consultations and any proprietary charts, except to the extent disclosure is required by law or is necessary to provide the Services (for example, service processors engaged to prepare charts). Confidential information does not include information that is or becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Astrologer retains all intellectual property rights in methodologies, software, chart graphics, templates, and interpretive text created by the Astrologer. The Astrologer grants the Client a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use delivered materials for the Client's personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, sale or public performance of the materials is prohibited without the Astrologer's prior written consent.

DISCLAIMER; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Client acknowledges that astrological interpretations are subjective and for personal guidance only. The Astrologer does not warrant or guarantee outcomes, and the Client agrees that the Services do not constitute professional advice in medical, legal, financial or mental health matters. The Astrologer's liability for any claim arising under this Agreement shall be limited to direct damages not to exceed the fees paid by the Client for the applicable Services; in no event shall the Astrologer be liable for consequential, incidental or punitive damages.

DATA USE & RETENTION

The Client authorizes the Astrologer to retain birth data and deliverables for archival and continuity purposes. The Client may request deletion of personal data; such requests will be honored subject to retention needed for legal, accounting, or dispute resolution purposes.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement, together with any written exhibits or attachments executed by the parties, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof. Any modification must be in writing and signed by both parties.
