STIPULATION OF OWNERSHIP OF MINERAL INTEREST(In Specific Lands) State: County: Parties: (Names and Addresses) Effective Date: The Parties, named above, own undivided interests in the mineral estate in the fol lowing lands located in the county and state named above (the “Lands”): (Description of Lands in Which Mineral Interests are Owned) A question has arisen among the Parties as to each of their undivided ownership interest in the mineral estate in the Lands. It is Parties desire to declare, stipulat e, acknowledge, and establish of record each of their undivided ownership interest in the mineral estate in the Lands. For adequate consideration, the Parties acknowledge, agree, declare, and stipulate that the mineral estate in the Lands is owned by the Parties as follows: Undivided Interest Name (Fraction, percentage or Decimal) This Stipulation shall be deemed to contain adequate words of grant and conveyance as are necessary and proper to transfer and vest the undivided ownership of the mineral estate in the Lands in each of the Parties in the proportions set out above. Further, this Stipulation ma y be signed in counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original and all of which ta ken together shall be deemed one instrument. This Stipulation is signed by each Party as of the date of the acknowledgment of their signatures, but shall be effective, for all purposes, as of the Effective Date stated above.
