Fill and Sign the Boundary Line Form

BOUNDARY LINE AGREEMENT This agreement is made and entered into by and between __________ (as parties of the first part) and __________ (as parties of the second part), all of whom have had boundary line and land disputes between them as shown in that certain lawsuit entitled __________ vs. __________ in the Chancery Court of __________ County, __________, bearing case no. __________. This land dispute involved a strip of land (approximately 62 feet in width) on the eastern line of the property as claimed by the parties of the first part and the we stern line of the property as claimed by the parties of the second part. The parties claimed ownership of this disputed strip of land by virtue of the legal description of the property, with the partie s disagreeing as to the exact location of the section line that divides sections 31 and 32 of Township 6 North, Range 2 East in __________ County, __________. The parties also claimed ownership of this disputed strip of land by virtue of adverse possession. The parties agreed to resolve their disputes in regard to this strip of land by, among other things, equally dividing it . In essence, the parties are drawing a line down the middle of this disputed strip of propert y in order to resolve their differences. Part of the purpose of this document is to file it in t he land records of __________ County, __________, so that all interested parties and predecessors in title will be aware of the same. In order to accomplish the purposes of this Agreement, the parties agree that by execution of this Agreement, they are quitclaiming their respective interests to the a ppropriate party on the other side of the dividing line.
