What Business Agreement 6 Is and when it’s used

Business Agreement 6 is a standardized commercial contract template used to record terms between two or more business entities, covering obligations, payment schedules, deliverables, warranties, and termination provisions. It streamlines repeatable B2B transactions and can be adapted for sales, services, licensing, or joint venture arrangements with attached exhibits for pricing and schedules. The template includes signature blocks, an effective date, governing-law language, and confidentiality provisions where needed. When executed consistent with ESIGN and UETA requirements, Business Agreement 6 can be completed electronically and is generally enforceable in U.S. commerce.
