What the Business Agreement B2 Is and when it's used

The Business Agreement B2 is a standardized bilateral contract used to set the commercial terms between two business entities. It defines parties, scope of services or goods, payment and invoicing terms, deliverables, timelines, warranties, confidentiality, indemnities, and termination rights. The template is adaptable for vendor-client, reseller, and subcontractor relationships and is commonly integrated into procurement, sales, and vendor-onboarding workflows. When completed and signed by authorized representatives, the agreement establishes enforceable obligations under U.S. contract law and the parties’ chosen governing state.
