What the Business Agreement Northramp is and when it applies

The Business Agreement Northramp is a contract template used to define commercial terms between Northramp and a counterparty for services, deliverables, payment, confidentiality, and intellectual property. It sets the effective date, term and termination rights, payment schedule, performance milestones, warranties, and dispute resolution provisions. The document is intended to be executed by authorized representatives of each party and may be completed and exchanged electronically; when signed electronically it should meet the ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. ch. 96) and applicable UETA rules for enforceability.

Why a clear, complete Business Agreement Northramp matters

A properly completed agreement reduces ambiguity about scope, payment, and liabilities, helps allocate risk, and creates an enforceable record of the parties’ commitments under U.S. electronic signature laws (ESIGN, UETA). Clear contracts also streamline onboarding, invoicing, and compliance activities.
