What the Business Annual Report Package Is

The Business Annual Report Package is a preassembled set of forms, instructions, and supporting attachments used to prepare and file an entity's mandatory annual information statement with a state authority. It typically consolidates company identifiers, officer and manager lists, registered agent details, franchise tax or fee summaries, and any required attestations. The package can be used by corporations, LLCs, nonprofits, and other registered entities to ensure consistent filing, reduce omissions, and collect required signatures and supporting documents before online or paper submission.
