What the Business Anti-Corruption Evaluation Form Is

The Business Anti-Corruption Evaluation Form is a standardized compliance checklist used to document risk factors, controls, and attestations related to bribery and corruption risk for counterparties, third parties, joint ventures, and internal business units. It collects entity identifiers, ownership and control information, transactional history, gifts and hospitality disclosures, political exposure indicators, and certifications from management. The form is used during onboarding, periodic review, and incident response to support internal due diligence, audit trails, and regulatory reporting obligations under applicable anti-corruption laws and corporate policies.

Why a Structured Anti-Corruption Evaluation Matters

A consistent evaluation form ensures documented evidence of due diligence, supports regulatory compliance, and reduces legal and reputational exposure by capturing material risk factors in a repeatable format consistent with company policy.
