What the Business AQ Document Is and When It’s Used

The Business AQ Document is a standardized business qualification and agreement form used to gather organizational details, financial qualifications, operational capabilities, and authorizations necessary for commercial relationships, vendor onboarding, or procurement reviews. It combines identification fields, corporate information, scope descriptions, signature blocks, and attestations into a single record that can be retained for compliance. In the United States this document may be executed electronically under ESIGN and UETA where not excluded, and should include clear effective dates, governing law, and signer authority statements.
