What the Business AS-Class Template Is

The Business AS-Class Template is a standardized commercial agreement template designed for recurring business transactions and internal approvals. It defines party identities, the scope of work or services, consideration, key dates, and signatory blocks so organizations can reuse a consistent legal framework across vendors, customers, and contractors. The template is format-neutral and intended to be adapted to state law and industry requirements before execution.

Why organizations rely on the Business AS-Class Template

Using a consistent template reduces drafting time, lowers review errors, and creates predictable sign-off workflows. Templates help governments, corporate legal teams, and operations maintain uniform terms and simplify audits when paired with an auditable eSignature platform.
