What the Business AT Report Is and when it's used

The Business AT Report is a structured business activity and transaction report used to summarize organizational activity, transaction details, and attestations for internal compliance, audits, or third-party review. It consolidates identifying company data, transaction dates, descriptions of activity, relevant attachments, and authorized signatures. The report may be requested by regulators, auditors, counterparties, or internal compliance teams to verify that specific procedures were followed, fees paid, or that risk controls were applied during a reporting period.

Why maintaining a clear Business AT Report matters

A complete Business AT Report documents facts, preserves evidence, and demonstrates compliance with internal controls and applicable laws. It reduces ambiguity during audits and supports defensible recordkeeping across financial, regulatory, and contractual contexts.
