What the Business Bold Application Is

The Business Bold Application is a standardized business application form used to collect organizational, financial, and contact information for onboarding, underwriting, or program eligibility. It consolidates entity details, authorized signers, tax identifiers, and attestations into a single record suitable for electronic completion and storage, and is designed to support both paper and eSubmission workflows while remaining compatible with U.S. e-signature law.

Why a Clear, Standardized Business Application Matters

A consistent Business Bold Application reduces onboarding delays, improves data accuracy, and documents consent and authorization. It supports legally enforceable e-signatures under ESIGN and UETA and helps organizations meet recordkeeping and audit requirements without creating redundant paperwork.
