What the Business Boutique Document Is

The Business Boutique Document is a flexible service agreement template used by small firms and boutique providers to record terms, responsibilities, and payment for discrete engagements. • Leaving vague scope language like 'reasonable efforts' instead of measurable deliverables and acceptance criteria, causing disputes.
  • Forgetting to include governing law or dispute resolution, which invites venue and jurisdiction conflicts if issues arise.
  • Failing to collect dated signatures or omitting signer titles, which complicates enforcement and internal approval audits.
