The Business Catalog Advanced is a structured, enterprise-grade catalog template designed to centralize a company’s products, services, pricing, and compliance metadata in a single, exportable record. It supports detailed line items, versioning, role-based field visibility, and attachment of supporting documents such as certifications and contracts. The template is formatted for digital completion, review, and secure eSignature, enabling consistent records across sales, procurement, and legal teams. It is commonly used to streamline quoting, vendor onboarding, and internal approvals while preserving an audit trail for regulatory and recordkeeping purposes.
