Match authentication strength to transaction risk: email for routine approvals, SMS or SSO for commercial commitments, and KBA or ID verification for high-value or regulated transactions to support evidentiary needs.
Centralize storage and indexing
Store executed PDFs and audit trails in a central, access-controlled repository tied to enterprise retention rules so records are searchable and available for audits or regulatory requests.
Confirm applicable jurisdiction
Specify governing law and venue clearly, and check for state-specific notarization or witness requirements before execution to prevent invalidation or recording delays.
