What the Business CO6 Document is and when it's used

The Business CO6 Document is a transactional business form used to record key corporate or commercial details for a specific business purpose. It typically captures party names, effective dates, a description of the transaction or authorization, and signature blocks for authorized representatives. When completed correctly it becomes a record that can be retained for corporate governance, tax, or regulatory compliance purposes under applicable federal and state law.
