The Business Communication Revolution Letter is a formal, signed corporate communication that documents strategic changes, requests executive approvals, or notifies stakeholders of policy updates. It combines a concise executive summary, background facts, clear action items, and an explicit signature block so recipients understand responsibilities and timelines. Organizations use this letter to create a single, auditable record of decisions or direction that can be preserved in corporate files, referenced in governance processes, and executed with an electronic signature to support remote workflows and legal traceability.
