What the Business Core DNA Document Is

The Business Core DNA Document is a single, consolidated internal agreement that captures a company's mission, ownership structure, decision-making rules, roles, and core policies. It is intended as an internal governance blueprint used by founders, executives, and legal counsel to ensure consistent choices across operations, finance, and HR, and it can be executed electronically where ESIGN or state law permits.

Why a Business Core DNA Document Matters

A clear Business Core DNA Document reduces ambiguity about authority, accelerates decisions, preserves institutional knowledge, and documents ownership and financial controls. When signed and retained according to ESIGN and relevant state law, it helps demonstrate consent and attribution for internal and external audits.
