What the Business DG Form is and when it applies

The Business DG Form is a standardized corporate form used to record business-level declarations, designate authorized representatives, and capture operational details required by counterparties or regulators. Organizations use it to document key company data, attestations about compliance or status, and authorization for transactions. The form typically includes business identification, contact and tax information, the name and authority of signatories, effective dates, and any required attachments. It is designed for use across industries and can be completed on paper or electronically, provided the execution meets U.S. e-signature law requirements.

Why accurate completion of the Business DG Form matters

A properly completed Business DG Form creates a clear record of who may act for the company, reduces downstream disputes, and supports compliance with tax, contracting, and regulatory obligations.
