What the Business Document Bunus Yuni Is

The Business Document Bunus Yuni is a standardized commercial agreement template used to record obligations, deliverables, payment terms, deadlines, and signature blocks between business parties. It consolidates core contract elements — identification of parties, scope of work, compensation, effective and termination dates, confidentiality and dispute provisions, and exhibits — into a single document designed for repeat use. When executed electronically, the document must meet the ESIGN Act and applicable state UETA or ESRA rules for intent, consent, attribution, and reliable retention to support enforceability in U.S. jurisdictions.
