Practical tips for accurate and efficient completion

Apply consistent drafting and review habits to reduce errors and speed execution.

Use standardized templates
Maintain a single approved template with placeholders to reduce clause drift and ease legal reviews for recurring agreements.
Validate signer identity
Match names against government ID or entity formation documents and consider multi-factor authentication for higher-risk transactions.
Preserve an audit trail
Keep timestamps, IP addresses, and signer actions to support enforceability and meet regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
Attach exhibits
Include referenced SOWs, pricing schedules, and technical specs as numbered exhibits to avoid ambiguity.
