What the Business Document Farrington Is

The Business Document Farrington is a standardized contractual template used by U.S. businesses to record commercial agreements, payment terms, service obligations, and administrative details. It organizes core terms — scope of work, pricing, milestones, warranties, termination, confidentiality, and signature blocks — into a single document intended for consistent use across transactions. The form can be tailored to specific industries and, when executed under ESIGN or applicable state law, creates binding evidence of the parties' commitments.

Why the Farrington Document Matters for Your Business

A clear, consistent Farrington form reduces ambiguity in obligations, supports enforceability, and provides a single reference for performance, billing, and dispute resolution.

Confirm Signature Authority
Verify signatory authority before sending for signature; attach a corporate resolution or power of attorney when agents sign on behalf of an organization.
Standardize Payment Terms
Use consistent payment and invoicing language across documents to reduce disputes and simplify accounts receivable reconciliation.

Record execution metadata—timestamps, IP addresses, and signer authentication—to support validity under ESIGN and UETA standards.
