What Business Document NAT2284 Is and when it applies

Business Document NAT2284 is a standardized corporate form used to document commercial agreements, transaction terms, or operational authorizations between business entities. The template captures party identification, scope of work or transaction description, key dates, payment or consideration terms, and representative signatures. It is intended for routine business use where a clear, signed record is required to allocate rights and obligations. When executed correctly, NAT2284 serves as an enforceable written agreement under U.S. contract law and may be executed electronically under ESIGN (15 U.S.C. §7001) and applicable state UETA statutes.
