Practical tips for accurate and efficient completion

Small consistency checks reduce downstream disputes and speed processing.

Use legal entity names

Standardize dates and formats
Enter all dates as MM/DD/YYYY and spell out monetary amounts both numerically and in words where ambiguity could affect payment.
Verify signer authority
Document or attach evidence of authority (board resolution, power of attorney, officer title) when signing on behalf of an entity.
Keep a single master copy
Archive the fully executed PDF with the complete audit trail and all exhibits; avoid sending multiple competing 'final' copies.
