Immutable logs capture timestamps, IP addresses, and action history for evidentiary purposes.

Retention Rules

Automatic tagging and export policies help meet regulatory retention requirements and defensible disposition.

Integrations

Connectors to CRM, ERP, storage, and workflow systems automate document creation and record synchronization.

DOCX Backups

Keep editable DOCX copies for administrative changes and recordkeeping when allowed.

CSV Reports

Practical Tips for Accurate and Efficient Package Use

Apply these practices to reduce exceptions, accelerate completion, and maintain compliance across signings.

Use Prevalidated Templates
Standardize language and field placement to prevent inconsistent clauses. Test templates for all signer paths including mobile and desktop before wide release.
Require Appropriate Authentication
Match authentication level to transaction risk. Use SMS or knowledge-based checks for higher-risk transactions, and maintain records of the chosen method.
Include ESIGN Consumer Disclosures
For consumer-facing documents, present the ESIGN disclosure and obtain affirmative consent to electronic records per 15 U.S.C. §7001(c).
Maintain an Audit-First Approach
Capture timestamps, IP addresses, and user actions consistently. Store the certificate of completion alongside the final document for evidentiary integrity.
