Liability, Cancellation and Refunds

Organizer's liability for claims arising out of this Agreement shall be limited to direct damages not to exceed the total fees paid by Registrant to Organizer under this Agreement. Organizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Cancellation by Registrant is subject to the following refund schedule: cancellations received more than days prior to the Event receive a refund less any non‑refundable deposit; cancellations within that period are non‑refundable.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of without regard to its conflicts of law principles. The parties agree that exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any action arising under this Agreement shall lie in the courts located within that State.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any written schedules or exhibits executed by the parties, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations and understandings. Any modification of this Agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
