The Business FFA Document is a standardized application packet used by businesses to request formal financial assistance, grants, or subsidized lending from government programs and certain private funding sources. It consolidates organizational details, financial statements, a project or use-of-funds narrative, certifications and attestations, and required attachments. Agencies use it to assess eligibility, financial capacity, and compliance with program terms. The document frequently supports electronic submission and can be executed electronically where permitted under ESIGN and applicable state law.
