The Business Gatibaru Document is a formal company-level document used to record and authorize specific business actions, such as vendor onboarding, contract approval, or internal corporate resolutions. It typically names the parties, describes the action or authority being granted, and records the effective date and any conditions. Organizations use it to create an auditable record that supports compliance, corporate governance, and downstream workflows such as payment, procurement, or regulatory filings. Accuracy, signer authority, and proper retention are essential to preserve enforceability and to meet tax, employment, or sector-specific requirements.
