The Business Global Location Form documents a company's physical presence and operating addresses across jurisdictions for compliance, tax, banking, and vendor-management purposes. It typically collects registered office addresses, mailing and operational locations, jurisdictional tax identifiers, point-of-contact information, and any local licensing or registration numbers required by domestic or foreign authorities.
