What the Business ITH Document Is and when it’s used

The Business ITH Document is a corporate information-transfer and handling form used to record authorized transfers, internal transaction histories, or intercompany handoffs of assets, information, or responsibilities. It captures parties, effective dates, scope of transfer, consideration or authorizations, and required approvals. Organizations use it to create a clear audit trail, demonstrate chain-of-custody for sensitive items, and satisfy internal control or external compliance needs.
