What the Business Product Services Agreement Is

A Business Product Services Agreement is a contract that defines the relationship between a seller or service provider and a buyer for the supply of products, services, or both. It sets out scope of work, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, warranties, intellectual property allocation, confidentiality, liability limits, and dispute-resolution procedures so each party’s obligations and rights are clear during the engagement and after delivery.

Why a Clear Agreement Matters for Your Business

A well-drafted Business Product Services Agreement reduces ambiguity, limits legal exposure, and creates predictable cash flow by documenting deliverables, acceptance criteria, pricing, and remedies for default.
