What the Business Product & Services Template Is

Business Product & Services Template is a standardized agreement used by companies to describe goods or services, pricing, delivery terms, and performance obligations between a seller and a purchaser. It typically combines product descriptions, service scopes, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, and limited liability provisions into a single document that can be customized for each engagement. Organizations use this template to reduce drafting time, ensure consistent commercial terms, and create a clear record for procurement, accounting, and compliance purposes while preserving flexibility for negotiated changes.

Why use the Business Product & Services Template

The Business Product & Services Template creates consistent contractual terms across transactions, reduces drafting errors, and provides a clear basis for pricing and delivery expectations. Using a standard template streamlines approvals, improves auditability for compliance, and shortens negotiation cycles.
