What the Business Project CPS-PJ Document Is

The Business Project CPS-PJ Document is a structured project agreement and record used to define scope, roles, deliverables, schedule, budget and approvals for a specific corporate project. It combines contractual terms and administrative metadata so internal teams and external partners can align execution, track milestone acceptance, and support auditability.
