Require Internal Approvals Before Sending
Establish mandatory checkpoints for finance and legal review and use conditional routing in your eSignature platform to prevent distribution before all approvals are recorded.
Attach All Supporting Exhibits
Include attachments such as staffing plans, schedules, and sample deliverables with clear references inside the proposal to avoid later disputes about scope or format.

Declare a consistent offer validity window and standardized milestone payments; this simplifies procurement review and enables predictable cash flow planning.
