What the Business RFL Document Is and When It Applies

A Business RFL Document is a formal written record used by companies to request, facilitate, or confirm release of funds, rights, or liabilities (RFL) under a commercial arrangement. It typically sets out the parties, scope of release or funding, effective dates, conditions precedent, consideration, and any continuing obligations.
