What the Business Service Program Is and why it matters

Business Service Program is a formal agreement and operational framework that defines services, responsibilities, pricing, deliverables, and performance metrics between a business provider and its clients. It typically includes statements of work, service levels, reporting obligations, invoicing procedures, termination terms, and confidentiality clauses. Organizations use it to standardize recurring services, set expectations, and support regulatory compliance. Where signatures are required, electronic execution and secure eSubmission streamline workflow while preserving audit trails and authenticity. The document may be adapted by industry and jurisdiction to meet specific legal, tax, or privacy rules.
