What the Business Services Added Fastrak document is

The Business Services Added Fastrak is a standardized addendum used to record the addition of Fastrak-related services to an existing commercial agreement or to create a standalone service engagement. It identifies parties, defines scope, assigns fees and billing terms, and records effective and termination dates. In electronic workflows the form can be executed under ESIGN and UETA standards so long as intent, consent, attribution, and retention requirements are satisfied. The form is commonly used by vendors, procurement teams, and service operations to ensure consistent service onboarding and billing.

Why businesses use this addendum

A Business Services Added Fastrak addendum clarifies responsibilities, billing, and delivery expectations when Fastrak services are added. It reduces disputes by documenting scope, effective date, pricing, and signature authority in one record that can be retained and reproduced for compliance and audit purposes.
