What the Business Services Agreement for Henrybuilt is and when it applies

The Business Services Agreement for Henrybuilt is a contract that sets the terms governing services Henrybuilt will provide to a counterparty and the counterparty’s obligations in return. It covers scope of work, deliverables, pricing, invoicing, timelines, confidentiality, intellectual property allocation, warranties, indemnities, insurance requirements, termination rights, and dispute resolution. The agreement establishes performance standards, acceptance criteria, and procedures for change orders or additional services. Parties typically use it to document repeatable project work, on-site installations, or ongoing professional services where both operational details and legal protections must be clear.

Warranties and Remedies

Limit warranty scope and duration, define remedy tiers, and clarify whether remedies are sole or cumulative to control post-performance liabilities.
